Red
Matot
By Cascina Galarin, Asti, Piemonte, Italy
A Monferrato DOC Nebbiolo from the Matot vineyard, released younger than the estate's Crocevia bottling.
Tasting notes
Ruby red, complex and full-bodied, with intense aromas of dried roses, licorice, spice and hints of mint and raspberry. Elegant, with strong, balanced, silky tannins; robust and powerful in youth, gaining complexity and elegance with age.
