Tasting notes
Crisp sunshine yellow, with fresh floral, citrus and melon aromas and hints of almond. An unoaked, medium-bodied dry white, well balanced and elegant with a lingering finish.

- Village of Guarene, on Guyot-trained vines planted at a density of 4,000 to 5,000 plants per hectare, at an altitude of about 250m.

- Hand-selected grapes are crushed, pressed and naturally clarified. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature of 14 to 16°C over almost a month; the wine is kept on its fermentation lees until bottling, with a weekly batonnage.
