Fresh, intense bouquet of cassis, strawberry and blueberry. A dry, medium-bodied red with refreshing acidity and soft, well-balanced tannins.

- Village of Castagnole Lanze, between the Langhe and Monferrato, on Guyot-trained vines planted at a density of 6,000 plants per hectare, at an altitude between 200 and 350m.

- Traditional winemaking with a long maceration on the skins. Malolactic fermentation follows the alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is normally bottled the summer after harvest, during the days of a waning moon.
