White
Vino Bianco
By Cascina Corte, Dogliani, Piemonte, Italy
An estate white table wine (Vino Bianco) with a distinctive copper hue and an intense, pungent, honest aromatic profile.
Tasting notes
Light copper tending to cerulean, with old-rose reflections. A pleasant sweet note of vine peach blends with a pungent, intense aromatic profile, closing with a lightly peppery, honest wine note. Immediately intense and oily on the palate, with a ripe, juicy entry; the balsamic, gentian-like pungency noted on the nose returns. Lively, vibrant, almost "electric" finish.
Pairs well with
An extraordinary companion for the warm season: try it with white meats and fish dishes with tomatoes and olives. Excellent as a serious aperitif wine.
