Tasting notes
Intense ruby red with youthful violet reflections suggesting vitality. The nose shows lively fresh red-fruit aromas such as strawberry and ripe plum, with light floral notes adding subtle complexity, underscored by light spice. On the palate it offers pleasant freshness and a persistent fruity taste, with soft but present, slightly gripping tannins. Overall elegant, with fruity freshness and a well-balanced structure.
Pairs well with
Pairs beautifully with local dishes such as cured-meat starters, fresh cheeses and light first courses; its freshness also suits white-meat dishes.
