Tasting notes
Straw-tending white colour. Fruity aromas on the nose, with citrus notes. On the palate it is very fresh and vibrant, with lovely acidity and full character.
Pairs well with
White meat, fish, shellfish.

- Natural fermentation in steel tank without added yeasts, with manual pump-overs. No filtration or fining. Indigenous yeasts. Aged 11 months in steel tank and 4 months in bottle. About 3,000-4,000 bottles produced annually.
