A Langhe DOC Rosato made from Nebbiolo, released each year around the first full moon of the spring equinox.
Tasting notes
Pale, powdery pink. Fruity bouquet with notes of redcurrant and white peach. Fresh on the palate, with lively but balanced acidity recalling Nebbiolo's characteristic sapidity.
Pairs well with
Fresh cheese and vegetable-based aperitivi, fish first courses, rice salads and grilled fish.
