Tasting notes
Intense ruby red. Elegant on the nose, with complex hints of raspberry jam, liquorice and spicy notes. Full-bodied, powerful and harmonious on the palate thanks to the sweetness of the tannins on the finish.
Pairs well with
Important, flavoursome dishes, roasts and cheeses; better with further ageing.
