Cascina Chicco Birbet

A lightly sparkling, partially fermented dessert wine from aromatic grapes, a traditional Roero wine of celebration.

Tasting notes

Light ruby red, lively and sparkling. In Roero peasant tradition it is the wine of celebration, with a fresh perfume of roses and strawberries.

Pairs well with

Fresh fruit, fruit desserts, tarts, panna cotta and chocolate desserts.
