A Barbaresco DOCG from the Noce Grande vineyard, aged in large oak barrels.
Tasting notes
Medium intense garnet red. The bouquet is precise and intense, with fruity aromas of morello cherries and floral scents of violet. Well balanced on the palate with spicy notes of black pepper and liquorice; elegant, velvety, rich and persistent, with a soft, spicy, mentholated aftertaste. Over time it becomes a meditation wine.
Pairs well with
Red meats, braised and stewed dishes, game, and well-aged cheeses.
