A Monferrato Rosso DOC blend of Barbera, Merlot and Pinot Nero, each variety vinified and aged separately in oak casks for about 15 months before blending.
Tasting notes
Intense, deep ruby red color. Rich and intense, persistent nose with well defined notes of black fruit, spices and aromatic herbs. Intense, full and structured palate, with present but well polished tannins and a long, persistent finish.

- Vinification
- The three varieties are vinified separately, with gentle crushing and destemming, maceration for about 12 days, malolactic fermentation in oak casks. Each wine is aged separately in oak casks for about 15 months, then blended one month before bottling. Also available in magnum format.
