A Metodo Classico sparkling wine made from Malvasia Moscata (the estate's own Malvasia Greca), aged on the lees for up to 24 months before disgorgement. Also available in magnum format.
Tasting notes
Pale straw yellow color. Intense, fine and characteristic nose, with the variety's notes blended with those from lees ageing, showing hints of rose, sage, green apple and brioche. Full, rich and persistent palate, with creamy and well integrated effervescence.

- Metodo Classico sparkling: the base wine is refermented in bottle (tirage) the spring after the first fermentation. Matures on the lees until disgorgement, for 24 months (20 months for the magnum format).
