A passito dessert wine made from overripe, dried Malvasia Moscata grapes, fermented and aged 24 months in cherry-wood barriques.
Tasting notes
Bright golden yellow color with amber highlights. Very intense nose with clear sensations of dried rose, chestnut honey, dates, marzipan and vanilla sugar. Palate of great persistence and harmony, with a full sweetness refreshed by pleasant acidity.

- Vinification
- Made from dried grapes picked overripe, dried for three months on racks in a controlled-humidity drying room. Pressed, cold static must decantation, very slow fermentation in new cherry-wood barriques. Aged 24 months in the same fermentation barriques.
