Tasting notes
Pale, onion-skin pink with orange reflections. Aromas of peach and white flowers. Light, fresh and soft on the palate.
Pairs well with
Cold starters and simple first courses; especially recommended with soft and blue-veined cheeses, fried fish and sushi.
