Tasting notes
Intense ruby red with garnet reflections. Aromas of cherry and raspberry with spicy notes of pepper and vanilla. Good body and freshness on the palate, with pronounced but balanced tannins.
Pairs well with
Structured meat dishes such as bollito and roasts, and game.
