Tasting notes
Ruby red. Typical varietal aromas of red and wild berries, cherry and wild strawberry, with floral notes of violet and rose. Good freshness balanced with body and structure, for an easy drink.
Pairs well with
Traditional Piedmontese cuisine, especially starters and first courses.
