Barolo Riserva DOCG from 100% Nebbiolo grown on vines averaging 45 years, aged over two years in oak and a further seven years in bottle before release.
Tasting notes
Bright, intense garnet red with slightly orange reflections. Broad, clean bouquet with distinctive notes of licorice, hay and mint. Full-bodied, harmonious and warm on the palate, with a persistent, pleasant finish.
Pairs well with
Main courses, white meats and game in general.

- Vinification
- Red fermentation with submerged-cap maceration and daily pump-overs at controlled temperature, with maceration extended under a submerged cap for up to 30 days; malolactic fermentation follows the alcoholic fermentation. Aged in small oak barrels for 24 months, then a further 10 months in 25-hectolitre barrels, then a further 7 years in bottle before release.
