Barolo DOCG from 100% Nebbiolo grown in clay, silt and sand soils, aged in oak and bottle for around three years before release.
Tasting notes
Bright, intense garnet red with slightly orange reflections. Broad, clear bouquet of plum, violet, cinnamon, cherry and licorice. Full-bodied and harmonious on the palate, warm, with a persistent, pleasant finish.
Pairs well with
Main courses, white meats and game in general.

- Vinification
- Red vinification with submerged-cap maceration and daily pump-overs, fermentation at controlled temperature, maceration for 20-25 days; malolactic fermentation follows the alcoholic fermentation. Aged in small oak barrels for 15 months, then in 25-hectolitre barrels for a further 10 months, then a further 12 months in bottle before release.
