Langhe DOC Nascetta from 100% Nascetta, a fresh white briefly aged on the lees in steel.
Tasting notes
Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. Broad, clean bouquet of banana, pineapple and honey. Full and harmonious on the palate, well balanced, with a persistent, pleasant finish.

- Vinification
- White vinification: soft pressing of the grapes, cold static settling of the must, alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature; malolactic fermentation not carried out. Aged sur lie in stainless steel for 5-6 months, then a further 2 months in bottle.
