Vai
By Ca' Brusà, Barolo, Piemonte, Italy
Dolcetto d'Alba DOC from 100% Dolcetto, aged briefly in steel and bottle for a fresh, fruit-forward style.
Tasting notes
Intense, bright garnet red with violet reflections. Clear, broad notes of cherry, blackberry and rose on the nose; the palate echoes cherry, blueberry and rose, full-bodied, harmonious and warm, with a persistent, slightly bitter but very pleasant finish.
Pairs well with
Meat dishes and cheeses.
