Red
Cunca d'Or
By Ca' Brusà, Barolo, Piemonte, Italy
Barbera d'Alba Superiore DOC from 100% Barbera, fermented with an extended maceration and aged a year each in oak and bottle.
Tasting notes
Bright ruby red with intense garnet hues and violet reflections. Clear, broad notes of rose, blackcurrant, light spices and chocolate on the nose. Full and harmonious on the palate, with a distinctive sapidity and a pleasant, persistent finish.
Pairs well with
An all-meal wine, best with light dishes that are not too rich.
