White
Brigata
By Renato Ratti, Barolo, Piemonte, Italy
A fresh, fine Langhe Chardonnay with good structure that can age a few years in bottle. First vintage 2019.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow. Exotic fruit and grapefruit on the nose, then delicate floral notes. Fresh and savoury on the palate, of good body, with a hint of honey on the finish.
Pairs well with
Fish, shellfish and crustaceans; also vegetable dishes; with age it suits spicier recipes.
