Sparkling
Alta Langa
By Renato Ratti, Barolo, Piemonte, Italy
The estate's first metodo classico, a pas dosé from Pinot Nero and Chardonnay. First vintage 2020; the label shows a vivandière, the first female figure on a Ratti label.
Tasting notes
Brilliant pale straw yellow with golden reflections. Fine, persistent perlage. White-fruit aromas, lightly citrus, with notes of bread crust and a mineral hint.
Pairs well with
Aperitifs, fish and white-meat first and second courses, delicate dishes.
