- Planted 1991, 4,630 vines/ha at 0.8 m x 2.7 m, Guyot-trained trellis, K5BB rootstock, yield about 7,000 kg/ha.
- Vinification
- Fermentation at no more than 26 C, maceration of about 6 days, then malolactic fermentation. Unlike many Piedmont Freisa, it is made still and dry, not frizzante.

- Released in April after the harvest; best drunk young but holds good quality for three to four years.
