Langhe Chardonnay

The estate's only white, and its only non-Piedmontese variety, grown on silty and sandy soil in Barolo. Fermented and aged in steel.

Mineral, well structured and harmonious, with floral and yellow-fruit aromas.
Pairs well with
Goes with a whole meal and holds up to substantial dishes.

- Vinification
- Made entirely in temperature-controlled steel, fermenting at about 18 C, then several months on the fine lees.
- Storage
- Best drunk young, though it does not fear some ageing.
