- Vinification
- Soft crushing, then 20 to 25 days of maceration on the skins at a maximum of 28 °C. Racked into oak barriques, where it ages 10 to 12 months (40% new wood).
- Storage
- At racking the wine is decanted in oak barrels where it is aged for 10-12 months. (40% new wood).
