- Vinification
- Soft crushing, then 12 to 15 days of maceration on the skins at a maximum of 28 °C. Aged 10 to 12 months in oak barriques (25% new wood) with regular bâtonnage for the first six months.
- Storage
- At racking the wine is decanted in oak barrels where it is aged for 10-12 months. (25% new wood). Regular Battonage are carried out for the first six months of aging
