Adriano Marco e Vittorio Satifol

A late-harvest sweet white from botrytised grapes; Satifol is dialect for 'are you crazy?'.

Tasting notes

Brilliant straw with gold highlights; yellow and acacia flowers, honey, dried apricot and pear; long, warm finish.

Pairs well with

End-of-meal dessert: bunet with amaretti, torrone, pastiera, baba au rhum; also dried fruit, nuts, liver dishes and Roquefort.
