Barbaresco from the estate's 5.2 hectare Basarin vineyard in Neive, aged about a year in large oak.
Tasting notes
Vivid garnet turning orange with age. Violet and rose hip with spices, liquorice and jam; dry, with harmonious tannins and good texture.
Pairs well with
Wild boar stew, duck ragù with tagliatelle, Castelmagno and aged Grana Padano.
