An aromatic white from a native Piedmontese grape the producer leaves unnamed; Ardì means bold in dialect.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow with gold; intensely aromatic with sage, linden, acacia, apricot and yellow peach; crisp and unexpectedly dry with a long finish.
Pairs well with
Aperitif, shellfish, crustaceans, raw fish, vegetarian risotto, lasagne and gnocchi alla romana.
