Tasting notes
Garnet with orange accents. Rose hip, violet, liquorice and dried flowers; delicate and harmonious with silky tannins even when young.
Pairs well with
Mushrooms and truffles, risotto, tagliatelle and roasts; also Grana Padano with honey and hazelnuts.
