Freisa from the estate's first Freisa vineyard, which belonged to an uncle nicknamed Lice.
Tasting notes
Intense ruby. Cherry, strawberry, raspberry and rose; crisp and fragrant, moderate body with balanced tannins.
Pairs well with
Bollito misto, polenta with sausage ragù, Savoy-style potatoes, Peking duck, hare ragù and red fruit tart.
