A Nebbiolo d'Alba from the Carlun vineyard, aged 12 to 18 months depending on the vintage.
Tasting notes
An austere, dry, elegant wine. Deep ruby red with garnet highlights. The nose shows violet, dog rose, aromatic herbs and sweet spice. Dry and full-bodied on the palate, with a very persistent finish.

- Vinification
- Vinification takes place in steel tanks with the submerged-cap system; skin maceration lasts 10 to 12 days. Fermentation temperature is controlled at around 27 °C. Malolactic fermentation follows the end of fermentation and racking. Ageing lasts between 12 and 18 months, depending on the vintage.
