Red
Capel
By Stefanino Costa, Roero, Piemonte, Italy
A Dolcetto d'Alba from the only vineyard the estate farms outside the Roero area, aged in steel until the spring after harvest.
Tasting notes
Ruby in colour, an easy-drinking wine. The nose shows herbs, blueberry and chamomile. Soft on the palate, enhanced by an elegant tannic weave. The finish is long and persistent.
