A Langhe Nebbiolo from the Cabora vineyard, started with a week of cold maceration at 5 °C and aged 6 months.
Tasting notes
A fresh, soft and elegant wine. Ruby in colour with violet highlights. The nose shows currant, pomegranate and light poppy notes. Spicy on the palate, confirming the ripe red-undergrowth sensations of the nose.

- Vinification
- Vinification takes place in steel tanks with the submerged-cap system. The grapes enter alcoholic fermentation after one week of cryo-maceration at 5 °C. Fermentation temperature is controlled at around 24 °C. Malolactic fermentation follows the end of fermentation and racking. Ageing lasts 6 months.
