Vignano is a metodo classico Brut sparkling wine made from a native white grape of the Roero area, aged a minimum of 24 months on the lees.

A fine, elegant sparkling wine with fragrant, hay-like notes. A wine with good freshness and fullness on the palate.

- First fermentation at low temperature in stainless steel tanks for about 21 days, second fermentation in bottle for about 30 days, then a minimum of 24 months on the lees in bottle. Refined for 3 months at controlled temperature after disgorgement.
