Tasting notes
A fine, elegant Langhe Dolcetto with fruity and floral notes accompanied by hints of sweet spice. A wine with good freshness and fullness on the palate.

- Traditional fermentation in stainless steel vats with maceration of about 10 days. Aged 6 months in oak barrels, then 6 months in stainless steel tanks to settle. Refined for 6 months at controlled temperature.
