A Roero DOCG from the Occhetti cru, made from 100% Nebbiolo and aged 18 months in large casks and oak barrels.

Tasting notes

A fine, elegant Roero, with fruity and floral notes accompanied by hints of sweet spice. A wine with good structure and freshness.

Vinification
Traditional fermentation in stainless steel tanks with maceration of about 15 days. Aged 18 months in large casks and oak barrels, then 6 months in stainless steel vats to settle. Refined for 12 months at controlled temperature.
