Tasting notes
A fine, elegant Langhe Barbera with fruity and floral notes accompanied by hints of sweet spice. A wine with good freshness and fullness on the palate.

- Traditional fermentation in stainless steel vats with maceration of about 15 days. Aged 12 months in casks and oak barrels, then 6 months in stainless steel tanks to settle. Refined for 6 months at controlled temperature.
