A Roero DOCG Nebbiolo from a 0.20 hectare south-facing plot, first made in 2021. Brojun is the Piedmontese word for the grape bud.
Tasting notes
Clear garnet colour. Delicate tannins and a bouquet of strawberry with a light vanilla note. Velvety and harmonious on the palate.
Pairs well with
Tasty fish dishes such as green anchovies or spicy fish soups, pasta with meat sauce, truffle dishes, roasts, grilled meat and cheese.

- Vinification
- Steel tanks with native lees and gentle pump-overs, 25 to 30% whole-cluster fermentation, 6 weeks of alcoholic fermentation under temperature control. Malolactic fermentation in tonneaux, then 18 months in tonneaux and a further 12 months in bottle.
