Tasting notes
Intense ruby red with purple reflections. Fine, intense, fruity aromas led by black plum and blackberry. Structured body, good acidity and high alcohol.
Pairs well with
Savoury first courses, roasts, game, aged cheeses, or on its own for contemplation.

- Destemmed into steel tanks with native yeasts and light pump-overs. 4 weeks of fermentation on the skins in small stainless steel vats, 2 weeks of malolactic fermentation in steel, then 11 months of ageing, 70% in tonneaux and 30% in barriques.
