Tasting notes
Dense ruby colour. Wide, complex bouquet of red fruit, fruit jam, cinnamon, vanilla and pepper. Good natural acidity, softened, with a full taste.
Pairs well with
Charcuterie, tasty first courses, chicken casserole, blue cheeses.
