Tasting notes
Ruby red tending to violet. Pleasant and low in acidity, dry and tannic, with small red fruits, blackberry and plum, a hint of spice and a bitter almond finish.
Pairs well with
Vegetable starters, cured meats, veal and beef, risottos, mushrooms, legume soups
