Freisa with 15% Nebbiolo from low hillside vines in the Bricco zone of Sala Monferrato. The producer suggests drinking it within 4 to 5 years.
Tasting notes
Deep ruby red with lively, brilliant reflections. Delicate aromas of blackcurrant, raspberry and violet. Fresh and full on the palate, with a faint bitter aftertaste, light tannins and good body.
Pairs well with
Fresh filled pasta or pasta with ragù, white and red meats, stews, roasts, grills, medium-aged cheeses
