A rosato made entirely from Nebbiolo, which the producer calls a particularity of the estate.
Tasting notes
Cerasuolo red. Fruity and floral, leaning to fresh strawberry, cherry and pomegranate with marked notes of rose, cyclamen, linden and broom. Fresh on the palate, with fair acidity and tannin and a balanced structure.
Pairs well with
Aperitifs, meat starters, cured meats, fish dishes
