The producer's reserve-style Grignolino del Monferrato Casalese, aged 30 months in wood, released as the 2019 vintage under the Monferace name.
Tasting notes
Light red with cherry reflections, dry and fresh with a pleasant tannic structure, and a delicate aroma with hints of ground pepper.
Pairs well with
Stuffed pasta or meat and game ragu, roasted white meats, and aged cheeses.

- Fermented at a controlled temperature of 26C with submerged cap, macerated for at least 70 days. Malolactic fermentation in steel with indigenous microflora, then racked to tonneaux and barriques and aged in wood for 30 months before filtration and bottling.
