Bricco Cascina Buzio Superiore
By Liedholm, Monferrato, Piemonte, Italy
The estate's Superiore-tier Barbera d'Asti DOCG, aged 30 months in barriques for a fuller, longer-ageing style than the standard Bricco Cascina Buzio.
Tasting notes
Intense ruby red with violet reflections, full and broad bodied, with a rich, vinous aroma of red fruit, plum and cherry and light floral, ethereal notes.
Pairs well with
Strong-flavoured meat dishes, roasts, slow-cooked dishes, tasty vegetables, and medium to long-aged cheeses.
