Tasting notes
Intense ruby red, harmonious with soft tannins and a lingering finish, with elegant cherry and raspberry notes, delicate florals and light spice.
Pairs well with
Boldly flavoured dishes, stuffed pasta first courses, meat and vegetable mains, and even mature cheeses.

- Vinification
- Hand harvested into crates, gently pressed, with alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled 28C for about 10 days. The wine is then separated from the skins for malolactic fermentation carried out by indigenous bacteria, and aged in wood until the following spring before filtering and bottling.
