La Romba is La Colombera's steel-aged Croatina, grown on dark clayey soils, vinified for early, fruity drinking.
Tasting notes
Fine ruby colour with fruity notes of raspberry, cranberry and spice. Dry, warm, supple and full bodied on the palate, well balanced between freshness and alcohol, and very persistent. In bottle the sweet tannins soften and the marked freshness typical of this young wine mellows.
