Tasting notes
A pleasant herbal note emerges from the glass, and with ageing the almond aroma typical of the variety appears. Straw yellow in colour, with floral and fruity notes of broom, nectarine and apricot; the wine shows an interesting evolution in bottle over its first three years.
Pairs well with
Versatile through a whole meal: good with appetizers, seafood and white meat.
